For major appliances like refrigerators and washing machines, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a call from our logistics team to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we offer professional installation for an additional fee on most major appliances, including dishwashers, ovens, and laundry units. You can add this service to your cart during checkout.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If your appliance arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a technician to inspect the unit or provide a full replacement at no extra cost.
Are all D&S Appliances covered by a warranty?
Every product sold at D&S Appliances comes with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for up to five years of additional coverage.
Will you haul away my old appliance?
We offer a 'Haul Away & Recycle' service for a small fee. Our delivery team will remove your old, disconnected appliance and ensure it is recycled responsibly when they deliver your new one.
